Achievements
I volunteer at Emprove and create articles and trainings for some of the events where we meet women live. Founder of the initiative "A day to remember" with the kind assistance of the Bulgarian Women's Fund.
On my personal page I have created two virtual series, touching on sensitive and important for the society topics: #The BadMother and #GlaSigNyaV
I created a communication strategy for the HiddenLikes project to reach young people with mental health problems who need socialization, integration and realization in the work environment.

Професионалният ми път досега е преминал през сферата на изкуствата и културата, после завива към корпоративния свят, а в момента се движи по трасето на каузите в неправителствения сектор. Владея английски език, създавам съдържание, работя с онлайн маркетингови инструменти. Съвсем скоро ще съм дипломиран магистър по Предучилищна и начална училищна педагогика, а предходната ми специалност е "Театрознание и театрален мениджмънт". Макар да изглежда, че пътят ми лъкатуши, той има съвсем ясна посока - достойна, смислена и общественополезна дейност.
Професионалният ми опит е изключително разнообразен и минава през консултиране на жертви на домашно насилие, трудово посредничество на лица с увреждания, организиране на групи за самопомощ и солидарност в 15 села от област Хасково, провеждане на акции за почистване и инициативи за популяризиране на културното наследство на местно ниво, административни дейности, ръководене на екипи, подготовка на проектни предложения и изпълнение на проекти с българско, европейско и чуждестранно финансиране. НПО, с които съм работила са фондация "Български център за джендър изследвания – клон Хасково“, фондация "ХиД Джендър Перспективи“, сдружение "Бъдеще за Крепост“, сдружение "Национална пациентска организация“, фондация "Сай Хай“, фондация ХАЛО 2019 и много местни читалища и пенсионерски клубове. Организирала съм и съм участвала в множество семинари, конференции, работни срещи, информационни срещи, събития за медиите и др. Създадох и изпълних със съдържание 3 сайта и 3 фейсбук страници на различни неправителствени организации.
Добре познавам спецификите на организационната комуникация и НПО сектора и имам солиден опит в осигуряването на публичност на проекти. Имам опит в създаването на материали за различни комуникационни канали и публики (плакати, брошури, листовки, прессъобщения, публикации за сайтове и социални мрежи и др.), добре познавам основните журналистически принципи за работа с информация. Работила съм по изграждането и управлението на дигиталните профили на две НПО, както и по създаването на комуникационни стратегии и управлението на плановете за реализацията им.
Моите интереси са в няколко насоки, които взаимно се допълват. На първо място бих искала да работя за въвеждането на практики на добро управление на местно ниво, които се основават на прозрачност и активно гражданско участие. За мен активизирането на гражданите може да се случи чрез включването им в инициативи, които са близки до тях (а и до мен) като опазване на природата, съхраняване на традициите и обичаите, възраждане на българското село.
Област Хасково стои във фокуса на моята работа, но въм отворена към инициативи и партньорства без ограничения в географския обхват.
